Serving Our Community

Following the example of Jesus, we focus much of our community ministry on serving “the least of these.” We believe God has called us to reach out to those around us, encourage our neighbors, and share His love. We serve our community through our support for local ministry partners such as Habitat for Humanity, Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, Nourish NC, Good Shepherd Center, First Fruit Ministries, and Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry. You can get involved with any of these right away and we encourage you to jump right in and serve our community based on your passions and gifts.

Hurricane Florence Relief and Donations:

Donate Supplies: We are distributing supplies through our partners. We are currently collecting the following at the church: children’s books, canned food, hygiene items, new sheets and new pillows. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CLOTHING.

Volunteer or Make a Financial Donation: You may donate to our church (check or cash) and designate your offering for disaster relief or donate directly to NC Baptist on Mission Disaster ReliefNC Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Disaster Response, and Vigilant Hope. We also encourage you to volunteer in any way you can with these or other relief organizations.
