Masonboro Baptist Church provides opportunities for people to come together to enjoy recreational and fitness activities on a regular basis.
Yoga- Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in Rm. 201. Bring a mat and a donation for the instructor. Beginners are welcome!
Tai Chi- Fridays- Beginner class at 9 am Intermediate class at 10 am in the gym. No charge to participate.
HIIT- Mondays and Thursdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 10 am in the workout room. High Intensity Interval Training is an exercise strategy to promote strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. No charge to participate.
