Trying something new can be both exciting and overwhelming. It’s important to us that you feel at home as our guest. Like many guests, you may be wondering what to expect when you visit a worship service. Here are some quick answers to questions you may have.
When and where are the worship services?
We have two worship services: Connect, our contemporary worship service, is at 9:00 am in the sanctuary each Sunday. At 11:00 am we will gather in the sanctuary for a second, more traditional worship service. Feel free to try them both and determine which one best meets your needs.
What is offered for my children during worship?
Infants-3 year olds are welcome in our church nursery located in the Preschool Center. Children (PreK-1st grade) are dismissed from the 9:00 worship service for Children’s Church following the offertory. Of course, its fine if you prefer to keep your child with you during the service.
Where should I park?
Our parking lot is located adjacent to and behind the Sanctuary Building and Activity Center. It wraps all the way around to our youth building and a second entrance from Beasley Road, diagonally across from the turn onto Kelly Road.
How should I dress for worship?
Our general atmosphere is relaxed so you will be comfortable in casual clothes. Some people choose to dress up, especially for the traditional service. The choice is yours.
What if I need help or have a question?
Look for an usher or greeter at the sanctuary entrance or any member of the staff. You can also visit or call the church office at 910-395-0343 with questions. We would love to hear from you.
