The Halo Hoops League is designed for boys & girls ages 6 to 13.  Age divisions are 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, & 12-13.  This league provides opportunities for growth in the fundamental skills of basketball and character-building through competition. 

     The 6-9 year olds are provided a practice once a week at Masonboro Baptist Church Gym.  Practices are an hour in length and include a brief team devotion time.  Games are played 4-on-4 on a modified court. 

     The 10-13 year old games are played 5-on-5 on a regulation size court.  Practice times are not provided for this age group.  The Halo Hoops League is open to the entire community.

Church League

     Masonboro Baptist Church currently plays in a city-wide church basketball league that involves boys & girls ages 14 to 18.  Age groups are 14-15, & 16-18.  Masonboro also participates in a 35 and older Men's church league. Games are played during the months of December, January & February.  Each team is provided a one hour practice time during the week at the MBC Activity Center.  Included in the practice time is a brief team devotion each week.
